We receive a lot of questions
Here are our answers to some of the most common ones
You are the sole owner of your photos. We only keep files on our servers to allow you to download your images once edited. After that, your files are completely removed from our system. Obviously, we will not access, view, or copy your files under any circumstances.
Yes, absolutely. All uploads are encrypted with https/SSL to preserve confidentiality. These additional measures ensure maximum privacy and comply with most corporate data protection policies. In short, we handle your data with the highest standards.
System requirements are quite basic. To run our tools at their best, we recommend using the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 10+, and Safari. If you encounter issues, email us. We will do our best to reply within 2 business days.
You should receive the account confirmation email shortly after signup. If not, please check your Spam/Trash folders to ensure it didn’t end up there. You can always reach us by email, and we’ll be happy to help confirm your account.
There are two ways to quickly upload your images. You can drag and drop your images from your desktop directly onto our page, or select them by clicking one by one. For multi-selection when files are adjacent, click the first and then the last while holding the Shift key.
No. Our compressor is designed to provide the highest possible compression without affecting image quality, which is why you cannot change the compression level. Once your images are processed, you can see the compression percentage. As for already-compressed images, we cannot compress them further.
Unfortunately, not everything depends on us. Despite our fast servers, the conversion time depends on your internet connection and the size of the selected images. We apologize for the inconvenience.
It means you don’t need to have the images you want to process on the same device you are working on. If you’re signed in to Google Drive or Dropbox, you can upload your files directly to our page. After processing, you can save them back to your cloud accounts.
Technically, you cannot exceed your limits. If you try to upload too many or too large images for your account type, a message will appear and prevent you from proceeding. If you see these messages regularly, you might consider upgrading your account.
If you can’t upload your files or some pages don’t work properly, try disabling your browser extensions, such as AdBlock. Sometimes these extensions can interfere with our tools. We promise our ads will remain discreet! If the problem persists, try using private/incognito mode.
After a conversion, it can very rarely happen that the document format is slightly altered due to processing errors. If this happens, please send us a report. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Although we designed iLoveIMG to be simple, everyone needs help sometimes—and of course we can’t anticipate every technical issue. For any questions, suggestions, or complaints, our support team is here for you. Contact us by email and we will do our best to respond within 24–48 hours.
